The table shows the sales activity on Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key during the month of October. Obviously now is not the time to try and sell a condo on the beach. There is very little change from last month’s Pensacola Market Data for the beaches.
Here are some interesting notes regarding the sales on the beaches in October.

No units sold in Portofino Island Resort on Pensacola Beach

The highest price condo sold on Pensacola Beach was for $912, 500

The highest price condo sold on Perdido Key was for $1,499,000. This was a 4300 square foot condo with 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths.
What a dismal market it is for sellers. But if you are in the market for a beautiful beach condo in Pensacola, you have a lot to choose from.
