If you are a renter in the Pensacola real estate market, you may feel your rent is a bit high, or maybe you feel you are getting a great deal. I came across a really cool tool that provides valuable information on how much rent you should be paying.

Just put in your address, zip code, and the number of bedrooms in the home you are renting and the website will let you know if you are paying a fair price for rent in the area. I checked on rentals in the Pensacola MLS in several areas of Pensacola. All of the homes I checked showed that they were rented for a reasonable rent. I tried throwing in some higher rents and the program told me I was paying too much, unless my home was really upgraded.
