Is Pensacola Real Estate Really Sexy?

If you think real estate can’t be sexy, you better think again. I would like to congratulate Woody Wolden, owner of Top 10 Properties, on ranking in 2nd place as Pensacola’s sexiest man. You can read about it at the Pensacola News Journal . If they don’t keep the link alive, sorry. Blame the PNJ.
Now I’m not going to be one to determine if Woody is really that sexy, but apparently many of his female real estate agents think he is. I only know Woody through briefly meeting him at local real estate investors meetings. But from what I’ve learned of him, Woody is a man of excellent character who is always looking to help the other guy, serve his community and further the success of those who work with him.
Woody and his good buddy Jim Greeley (who is not quite as sexy as Woody) formed a Pensacola real estate investors club several years ago. Since its formation, Jim and Woody have worked to help new and experienced investors in Pensacola by providing superb educational and networking opportunities. If you are interested in investing in real estate in Pensacola, I highly recommend that you attend a Real Estate Navigators meeting. Details are on their web site at http://www.renavigators.com.
Pensacola isn’t the only place where sex and real estate are making the news. A real estate agent in Orlando recently created a video full of scantily clad female models, and asked “can sex sell real estate?”. Apparently his broker was not too pleased, and he was given the option to remove the video, or go work somewhere else. From the reports I’ve read, he chose to go work elsewhere and leave the video online. You can read more about this story and see the video at the Future Of Real Estate Marketing.

This is one topic I can relate to. I am in ongoing litigation with People Magazine about their annual failure to include me in their Sexiest Man Alive issue. Sounds like Woody might be willing to join me in a class action suit
Charles Woodall, Woody Wolden. Even your names are similar. Good luck with your case. Maybe you can get some local female agents to testify on your behalf.
